Smugglers Cove Rental Policies
For the quiet use and enjoyment of our guests, we do not permit rentals to student groups or anyone creating loud noise or activities that disturb other guests. Individuals under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Payment Policy: Telephone reservations require $300 Visa or MasterCard payment when reservation is made and remaining balance prior to 60 days of arrival.
Cancellation Policy: $300 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless the unit is rebooked for the same time period. Unpaid reservations are canceled 60 days prior to arrival.
Travel Protection Insurance: is available through CSA Travel Protection. In case of any unforseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. Questions concerning CSA Travel Protection can be obtained by phoning 800-554-9839 or visiting www.vacationrentalinsurance.com.
Security Deposit: A valid credit card is required prior to arrival in lieu of a security deposit. Payment will not be processed, provided there is no damage to the unit or property, and there are no outstanding expenses related to rental extensions, excessive cleaning or laundry.
Check-in: 3:00PM - 4:30PM. Contact rental office between 9AM - 4:30PM for late arrival information.
Check-out: 10:00AM
No Smoking: All rental units are nonsmoking. Smoking permitted outdoors.
Pets: Smugglers Cove has a no-pet policy for renters and guests.
Parking Lot: Guest vehicles must display a valid parking permit. No recreational vehicles, buses, boats, trailers, jet skis, skateboards or rollerblading permitted.
